Salpointe Catholic senior Zoey Delgado won the 5-kilometer Division 3 girls title in 18:40.9 at the Arizona AIA state championship meet at Cave Creek Golf Course in Phoenix. Delgado, who placed in the top four all four seasons at the state final, improved from 18:55.8 at last year's meet to become the program's first individual girls state champion and help the Lancers take second behind Prescott by a 75-79 margin.
